Polenta Valpadana has a line especially for the production of Gnocchi alla Romana. Besides the traditional recipe, we have also created a special recipe with fresh full fat milk, eggs and butter, instead of using powdered ingredients. The particular flavour of our Gnocchi is exalted even further because of using these fresh, authentic ingredients.
