Mild Asiago cheese
Spinach
Procedure:
- Cut the polenta into circles (or slices
- Put a slice of cooked pig’s foot on top of the polenta slice, a few leaves of spinach and a piece of Asiago cheese.
- Cook in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 200 degrees
