Polenta Valpadana has been specialized for years in the production of Ready-To-Use White and Yellow Polenta. Recently we have introduced some new products: Polenta with Mushrooms, Tomatoes and Cheese, and we also have a line of potato Gnocchi and maize Crostini.
Moreover, the Company has started to produce Fresh Gnocchi with fresh potatoes and Gnocchi alla Romana, using fresh and authentic raw materials. For over 10 years, we also have been certified to produce Organic Polenta and, because of our collaboration with some important companies, such as Carlo Crivellin SRL (www.carlocrivellin.com), we have our own line of Traditional Potato Gnocchi and Fresh Pasta, as well as a large variety of flour and breads.
The Company can supply products on demand with the Polenta Valpadana brand or the brand of the requested Company. In that case, it means producing tailored products, in terms of ingredients and packaging.
